Nytol One-A-Night 50mg Tablets are a pharmacy sleep aid for the relief of temporary sleeping difficulties in adults and young people aged 16 years and over.
Each tablet contains diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50mg, a sedating antihistamine that causes drowsiness and can help you get to sleep when experiencing temporary sleep disturbance.
Take one tablet with water 20 minutes before going to bed. Do not take more than the recommended dose and do not take an additional tablet if you wake during the night.
