Dermol Cream 100g is a highly moisturising antimicrobial emollient cream developed for the management of dry and itchy skin conditions, particularly eczema and dermatitis.

The cream combines moisturising oils with two antimicrobial ingredients to help soften and protect dry skin while reducing bacteria that can contribute to irritation and eczema symptoms.

Dermol Cream can be used in two ways:

  • As a leave-on emollient: Helps restore moisture, soften dry skin and reduce moisture loss.
  • As a soap substitute: Provides a gentle alternative to ordinary soap and shower gel, which can aggravate dry or sensitive skin.
