At Pharmulous, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered quickly, securely, and with care. We work with trusted UK courier services to offer a range of delivery options tailored to your needs.
Please note:
- Pharmulous only ships within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
- All shipping details are generated automatically based on the address entered by the customer at the time of placing the order. Unfortunately, Pharmulous cannot take responsibility for items dispatched to incorrectly entered addresses.

We offer the following delivery services through Royal Mail and DPD:
1. Royal Mail Tracked 24® - £3.99 (free when you spend £100 or more)*
Delivery Aim: Next working day (not guaranteed 1 - 3 days)
Tracking: Full end-to-end tracking
Signature: Not required
* Excludes temperature sensitive medications
2. Royal Mail Tracked 24® with Signature - £4.49 (free when you spend £100 or more)*
Delivery Aim: Next working day (not guaranteed 1 - 3 days)
Tracking: Full end-to-end tracking
Signature: Required on delivery
* Excludes temperature sensitive medications
3. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed - £4.99
Delivery Time: Next day guaranteed**
Tracking: Full tracking
Signature: Required on delivery
** Royal Mail guarantees next day delivery to most UK post codes.
4. DPD Next Day Delivery - £6.99
Delivery Aim: Next working day
Tracking: Real-time tracking via app or web
Notifications: 1-hour delivery window by SMS/email
Signature: Required on delivery
Flexibility: Option to reschedule or divert delivery
Temperature Sensitive Medications
We only offer the options of Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day and DPD for temperature sensitive medications to ensure the integrity of medications is maintained during transit.
Preferred Delivery Date Selection
At checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date. Pharmulous will make every effort to dispatch your order in time to meet this date.
However, please note that selected delivery dates are not guaranteed, as delays can occur within courier networks that are outside our control (e.g., adverse weather, strikes, or local disruptions).
Important Delivery Terms
UK Shipping Only: All orders are delivered to UK addresses only.
Dispatch Cut-Off Times: Orders placed before our daily cut-off (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Missed or Failed Deliveries:
Pharmulous is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
- Addresses that are inaccessible or do not accept deliveries
- Missed delivery attempts where the recipient is unavailable
Reporting a Delivery Issue
- Reporting can be done via the courier customer services.
- Please note Pharmulous are unable to reach an outcome until the case has been concluded by the courier investigating team.
- If liability is accepted by the courier, a refund or replacement will be arrange.
Responsibility for Safe Receipt:
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.
