- Solpadeine Max - 24 Tablets
Solpadeine Max Tablets provide short-term relief from acute moderate pain that is not relieved by other painkillers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen alone.
Each tablet contains paracetamol 500mg and codeine phosphate hemihydrate 12.8mg. Unlike Solpadeine Max Soluble, the standard Max tablets do not contain caffeine.
Solpadeine Max can be used for short-term relief of pain including migraine, headache, dental pain, period pain, backache, rheumatic pain, strains and sprains, and sciatica, where simpler painkillers alone have not provided adequate relief.
Adults can take 2 tablets every 4–6 hours as required, with at least 4 hours between doses. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Because Solpadeine Max contains codeine, it must only be used for a maximum of 3 days. Codeine can cause addiction if used continuously for longer.
Do not take Solpadeine Max with any other medicine containing paracetamol or codeine.
