Buscopan Cramps 10mg Tablets provide targeted relief from the pain and discomfort caused by abdominal cramps and spasms.

Each tablet contains hyoscine butylbromide 10mg, an antispasmodic medicine. It works by relaxing the cramping muscles of the stomach and bowel, helping relieve painful spasms.

Buscopan Cramps can be used for spasms of the gastrointestinal tract and for the symptomatic relief of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Its licensed indication also covers genito-urinary tract spasm.

For abdominal cramps, adults take 2 tablets up to four times daily. Children aged 6–12 years take 1 tablet three times daily.

For IBS symptoms, adults and children aged 12+ start with 1 tablet three times daily, increasing if necessary to a maximum of 2 tablets four times daily.

Buscopan Cramps should not be taken continuously or for extended periods without investigating the cause of abdominal pain.
