Lemsip Max All in One Cold & Flu Capsules provide multi-symptom relief from colds and flu, including chesty coughs, sore throats, headaches, body aches, fever and nasal congestion.
Each capsule contains three active ingredients: paracetamol 500mg, guaifenesin 100mg and phenylephrine hydrochloride 6.1mg.
Paracetamol helps relieve pain and reduce fever, guaifenesin helps loosen mucus associated with chesty coughs, and phenylephrine is included as a nasal decongestant.
This combination treatment is suitable for adults and children aged 16 years and over.

Adults and Children Aged 16 Years and Over
- Take 2 capsules every 4–6 hours, as required.
- Do not take more than 8 capsules (4 doses) in 24 hours.
- Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
- Swallow capsules whole with water.
- Do not chew the capsules.
Children Under 16 Years
Do not give this medicine to children under 16 years.
Treatment Duration
Use for the shortest time necessary.
Do not use for more than 5 days without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.
Important Dosing Advice

- Do not take with other medicines containing paracetamol.
- Do not combine with other decongestants.
