O.R.S Hydration Blackcurrant Tablets are effervescent electrolyte tablets designed to provide convenient and effective hydration for adults and children.
The pharmacist-formulated combination of glucose and electrolytes including sodium, potassium and chloride helps the body absorb fluids effectively and restore hydration. The formulation is designed in line with World Health Organization oral rehydration principles.
O.R.S Hydration Tablets can be useful when additional hydration is required, including during travel, hot weather, exercise or periods of increased fluid loss.
For general hydration, dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water and drink the prepared solution as required. For sports and exercise, the current directions state that 2 tablets can be dissolved in 500ml of water.
