Dosage and Directions

Adults and elderly (18 years and over):

Take 1 tablet 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
If necessary, on subsequent evenings, take 1 additional tablet earlier in the evening.
Swallow with water.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
The effects may not be immediate. Continuous use for 2–4 weeks may be necessary.
