Active Ingredients

Each film-coated tablet contains:

• Valerian Root Dry Extract (Valeriana officinalis L.): 96 mg, equivalent to 384–480 mg of valerian root.
• Extraction Solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v.
• Other ingredients include maltodextrin, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicified microcrystalline cellulose, talc, silicon dioxide and film-coating ingredients.

Dosage and Directions

Adults and elderly (18 years and over):

Take 4 tablets 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
If necessary, on subsequent evenings, take 4 additional tablets earlier in the evening.
Swallow with water.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Effects may not be immediate. Continuous use for 2–4 weeks may be necessary.
Consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 4 weeks.

Children and adolescents under 18 years:

Not recommended.
