- EarCalm Spray – 5ml
EarCalm Spray 5ml is a Pharmacy medicine used to treat superficial infections of the external ear canal.
It contains acetic acid 2%, which has antibacterial activity and acts locally within the external ear canal.
EarCalm is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over. For children under 12, medical advice is required.
Apply one spray into each affected ear at least three times daily. It may be used more frequently when required, up to one spray every 2–3 hours. Continue treatment until two days after symptoms have disappeared, but do not use for longer than 7 days.
If symptoms worsen, do not improve within 48 hours, hearing becomes impaired, or pain develops during treatment, stop using EarCalm and seek medical advice.

Shake the bottle and administer one metered spray directly into the affected ear. Before first use, the pump needs to be primed until a fine spray is produced.
How often can I use it?
Use at least three times daily. If required, it can be administered as frequently as one spray every 2–3 hours.
