Each tablet contains:

How to Use

• Adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over: Take 2 tablets approximately 20 minutes before bedtime.
• Swallow the tablets whole with water.
• Do not take more than 2 tablets in 24 hours.
• Do not use for more than 7 consecutive nights unless advised by a healthcare professional.
• Not suitable for children under 16 years.
