From completing the online consultation to receiving your delivery the service is completely confidential, safe and secure. Our clinicians can help you obtain your prescription medications using a simple online consultation form to assess and prescribe your treatment, which our onsite pharmacy delivers to your chosen address free of charge.

Online Consultation

We ask all patients to fill out an online consultation, which consists of a set of questions about their medical history, allergies and symptoms. Please note for conditions such as weight loss or hair loss we will ask you to upload images to support your assessment.

This consultation form is then reviewed by one of our clinicians to ensure the treatment is the best option for you.

We have a selection of treatments available for various conditions. Information is displayed with each product to help you understand who they are used safely and if they are the right products for you. Once you are ready, you can select the treatment.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it promptly to ensure a smooth and safe experience. Please note that some orders require a clinical review by our licensed clinician team.

This review is an important part of our process and is in place to ensure that the requested treatment is safe, appropriate, and aligned with your health needs. For certain treatments such as weight loss additional information may be required. For example, weight verification or other health details may need to be submitted to complete the review.

In some cases, our clinician team may reach out to request further information to help determine the suitability of the treatment. This is a standard part of our commitment to responsible care.

The review process typically takes 1–2 working days, though this may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the order or if additional information is needed.

If your order is approved, you will be notified by email and your order will move to be prepared for dispatch. If your order is rejected, you will be notified by email and refunded.

Express Delivery

Once your order is approved, a prescription will be generated and transmitted immediately to our onsite GPhC registered pharmacy, which will then prepare your medication according to the prescription order and dispatch it to you via free delivery. You will have complete visibility and control of your delivery.
