Weight verification confirms key clinical information from the assessment so the medication can be prescribed and supplied safely and appropriately.

Weight is verified independently using a video recording that shows:

• your full length, and
• the weight reading on the scales clearly visible.

Weight verification is required to proceed with treatment. In some cases, you can choose to verify at the time of ordering or verify later (see below).

You can still complete your online assessment and opt to verify your weight later.
If you choose this option, you must book a weight verification video consultation where you will show your weight on the scales.

Weight verification is required every 6 months via a video consultation. This helps ensure the medication remains safe and effective for you.

To avoid delays, ensure:

• your full body is visible (full length),
• the scales reading is clear and readable, and
• the video is steady and well lit.

If we can’t verify the details, we’ll ask you to re-submit or complete weight verification via a video consultation. Your order may be paused until verification is complete.

Use a reliable set of digital scales on a hard, flat surface. Make sure the display can be clearly seen in the video / consultation.
