Berocca Orange Energy Effervescent Tablets are a daily vitamin and mineral supplement designed to support energy release, mental performance and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Each orange-flavoured tablet contains B vitamins, vitamin C and essential minerals including magnesium and zinc.

Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12 and C, calcium, magnesium and zinc.

Also contains citric acid, sodium carbonates, isomalt, sorbitol, natural orange flavouring, acesulfame K and sucralose.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water once daily. Allow to dissolve completely before drinking.

Do not exceed one tablet per day.

Berocca is generally well tolerated. Some people may experience mild digestive discomfort. Bright yellow urine can occur due to vitamin B2 and is harmless.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for people with kidney problems. Consult a healthcare professional if taking other supplements or medication.
