Dr Amel Imam, known to many as Dr. Mel, is an experienced NHS GP and Medical Director. She has a specialist interest in obesity medicine and supporting patients with sustainable weight management. Her clinical perspective is informed by both professional experience and her own personal weight-loss journey. She is passionate about providing supportive, individualised care throughout a patient’s weight-management journey. 

Marina is a qualified pharmacist prescriber with over 12 years of experience in pharmacy practice and 8 years as an independent prescriber. They have worked across both primary and secondary care settings, developing strong expertise in patient-centred care, clinical decision-making, and multidisciplinary working. Their background spans a range of clinical environments, supporting safe, effective prescribing and evidence-based treatment.

Hishma is an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist with over 13 years of experience across community pharmacy, primary care, secondary care and digital healthcare. Drawing on a diverse clinical background, she combines thoughtful clinical judgement with a personalised approach to care, helping patients make informed decisions that support their long-term health. Hishma is passionate about the opportunities digital healthcare creates to make expert clinical care more accessible while continually expanding her expertise across a broad range of treatment areas.
