Eumovate Eczema & Dermatitis Cream 15g is a pharmacy medicine containing clobetasone butyrate 0.05%, a moderately potent topical corticosteroid.

It is used for the short-term treatment of patches of eczema and dermatitis, helping to relieve redness, inflammation and itching during flare-ups.

Eumovate works by reducing the inflammatory response in the skin. This can help interrupt the itch-scratch cycle, allowing irritated skin to settle.

What Can Eumovate Cream Treat?

  • Atopic eczema: Helps relieve inflamed, itchy eczema patches.
  • Contact dermatitis: Helps reduce inflammation caused by irritants or allergens.
  • Eczema flare-ups: Provides short-term symptom control when a moderately potent steroid is suitable.

Eumovate is not a moisturiser and should not be used as a daily skincare product.

Active ingredient: Clobetasone butyrate 0.05% w/w.

Suitable age: Adults and children aged 12 years and over for pharmacy supply.
