What is Lenzetto?

Lenzetto is a prescription-only hormone replacement therapy (HRT) containing estradiol, a form of the hormone oestrogen. It is supplied as a transdermal spray that is applied directly to the skin, allowing estradiol to be absorbed into the bloodstream.

Lenzetto is used to relieve menopausal symptoms caused by reduced oestrogen levels, including hot flushes, night sweats, sleep disturbances and vaginal dryness. It is intended for women who are postmenopausal and whose symptoms are affecting their quality of life.

How Does Lenzetto Work?

As women approach and pass through menopause, the body's natural production of oestrogen decreases. This hormonal change can lead to a range of uncomfortable symptoms.

How to Use Lenzetto

Always use Lenzetto exactly as prescribed.

General guidance includes:

• Apply to clean, dry, healthy skin on the inner forearm.

• Do not apply to the breasts or broken skin.

• Allow the spray to dry before covering with clothing.

• Avoid washing the application site for at least 60 minutes after application.

• Your prescriber will advise how many sprays to use each day.
